What we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated October 8, 2026.
What we collect
When you send a request through our contact form, we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, city, the type of problem, and any message you write. If you add photos, we receive those too, along with the page you were on when you sent the form. If you call or email us, we keep what you tell us so we can respond. The call-tracking service logs the caller's phone number, the time and length of each call, and, for calls that follow a visit to this site, which page and marketing source led to the call.
The site does not use accounts or advertising trackers. We use a lead-tracking service, WhatConverts, that records which page and marketing source (for example a search, an ad, or a link) brought a visit, and connects that visit to a form request you send. It uses cookies and similar technology for this, and it receives the details you submit in our forms. The site also remembers, in your own browser for up to 30 days, how your visit started (the search, ad, or link that brought you, and any campaign tags in the address). It is stored on your device and is sent to us only if you submit a form, so we can tell which marketing brought your request. The search box and the mold risk checker run in your browser and do not send what you type or select to us.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your request, schedule an inspection, prepare a written scope, and keep a record of the work. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Form submissions are delivered through Google services that we control: an email notice to our inbox and, for photos, a private folder in our Google Drive that only we can open. Google processes that data as our service provider. WhatConverts, our call-tracking service provider, stores call details and also a copy of each form request with its marketing source. Our web host may also keep standard server logs, such as your IP address and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.
We share your details with a restoration or repair partner only when it is needed to do work you have asked for, and with others only where the law requires it.
Photos
Photos help us plan, but please send only what shows the problem. Avoid including people, documents, or anything with personal information in the frame.
How long we keep it
We keep requests, photos, and call records for as long as we need them to respond, to do the work, and to keep business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we need to keep it for a legal or record-keeping reason.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at info@moldremovalpdx.com and we will reply.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, including limiting access to our email and Google Drive. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please do not include financial account numbers or similar sensitive details in a request.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, for example by adding call transcription or other tracking, we will update this page and the date above.
